Shadow Wars II: Dark Side of the Triforce
by CastChaos

-Foreword-
The long history of Hyrule was never known by the wide public, the past survived only in the form of legends, customs, religion and fear. It was time to
unite the last remaining historical proofs and look into the truth of the old mysteries. This book holds valuable general information about Hyrule, the
land we thought to know.

-History-
Vague hints show that humans were eradicated then renewed numerious times after probably three beings (Nayru, Farore, Din) created the lands we call Hyrule.
The first exact proofs reveal that last time the loss of active lifepower was the reason of people's eradication. The objects and plants stayed intact and
people emerged to reality through evolution again, while the last humanity's cities and objects were still existing. An old tablet read: "Ellivenia's old name
was Hyrule." And thus we call our land Hyrule, too. Separate towns and surrounding areas were founded, based on worshipping now unknown beings thought to be
gods. These 'gods' were said to travel with flying discs and teach people. Once they went underground, never to returning. The independent areas were united
by Ganon, a demon once thought to be a deity. Ganon made people seach for a legendary object, the Triforce. Upon its retrivial, the Triforce broke into three
pieces and Ganon's demon identity was found. Town Karika's Princess Zelda was kidnapped by the demon, who was eventually killed by a bored agricultural
worker, Link. People thought they were free now from supernatural forces and war, but Ganon's most powerful henchmen divided the Triforce among themselves,
thus starting the Shadow Wars and Link was pestered until he finally set out to destroy them and bring the Triforce to the Golden Pyramid, a new temple
created solely to house and protect this unknown and possibly dangerous substance. Link was successful, but there's a new threat... a power greedy man, who
calls himself "Emperor", wanted to steal the Triforce from the Golden Pyramid, so I quickly scattered its pieces all over the underworld (cleverly avoiding
Doom). I will go and pester Link to equip himself and go killing the Emperor while letting the Triforce pieces to stay where they are.

-Landmarks-
Hyrule Mainland: Most of Hyrule is called just like that, including the northern hills, the two center forests, the eastern grasslands and the mountain base at
the south. This isn't right this way, separate areas will need to get their own names later.
Lava lands: An old vulcano fills the west part of the old mountain into a pile of ash and lava, that's why all old historical proofs vanished there.
Blueish Highlands: The top of the old mountain is so high that there's few air and everything has a blueish hue. Amish living above the ruins of technology
is the victory of simplicity over complication.
Faller Wetlands: Long ago a grassland, the rains (induced by Hyrule's geography) turned this area into a huge lake with many interesting proofs on its bottom.
Shady: Unknown black magic completely withered the east end of the old mountain, making everything washed out white and gray, completely useless for anything.
Havas Valley: The huge mountain at the east has so deep valleys that they don't let any warmth in, thus making everything covered in ice, including proofs.
Grave Garden: The northeast graveyard was so frightening that people planted vegetation there, so that it's now a silent, meaningless area, except that this is
where the Emperor built his crazy fort.
Town Guriga: One of the many town around. Its uniquity is the separation of workers and riches. It's already under the control of the Emperor...

-Dungeons-
Facepalm: Once people wanted to build a strong underground base, but did this at a completely unsuitable place, forcing a facepalm out from others. The base
got abandoned, vegetation grew in.
Jawbreak: This was a harsh cave that people failed to cultivate. A Wall Master broke my jaw there, hence the dungeon's name.
ROM Dome: A ruined little chapel once dedicated to some god, now completely abandoned. I couldn't find anything here, but I FEEL that there's something. Maybe
one of the town rumours reveal something...
Shades of Black: Built in the Lava lands by the Emperor to revive the "art" of the black magic. Truly desperate and morbid.
Amish: The little den of the amish people. It was built for living, but simply walking through it is already hard work and sacrifice.
Valve: People's attempt to mix a water control with a sewer. The result: being able to control poo. Ewww... There are many proofs under the dark sewer water,
but by the ancient gods, I won't dive down there!
Yes and No: There was a cave south of town, being cold in summer and hot in winter. People used it for storage til they realized objects change there. After
realizing the cave's strange attributes, whenever somebody asked something about it, they have been replied "yes and no", thus giving the dungeon this name.
It's now inhabited by the strangest weirdos and hermits. I won't ever return!
Mastercraft: Very long ago, a series of craftswomen and men came together to craft something huge. It became a dungeon. A perfect craftswork that stands even
now. Absolutely no bombable walls or such here!
Doom: There was a harsh cave with deadly vegetation at the north. It attracted the strongest monsters from around. The increased power in the cave broke the
time-space continuum in the farthest premises of it, providing home for insanely powerful creatures. Legends say that the gods descended there to kill the
dangerous monsters, but were slain by the most powerful ones. I wonder what important proofs can lay down there in the inhuman madness of pure Logic, Diligence
and Emotion...

-Objects of Legend-
Wallets: Some say you can hold more money if you have a wallet. I can't imagine its mechanics, but still, it would be interesting to find these strange bags
somewhere in the oldest parts of Hyrule Mainland.
Hungarian Triad: I don't know if this expression refers to items or past people, but I saw hints for ultimate protection, ultimate power and ultimate
transportation. I guess nothing is more secrectful than these but I can be wrong...
Wizzrobe equipment: Legends say that even people can wield wizzrobe power. So many people agree that part of this power is probably already public somewhere,
but the actual art of shooting wizzrobe magic is lost very long ago.
Crystal arrow: I got proof for the existence for this. I tracked down a shop in the grasslands, but it sold only something remotely similar to this
legendary arrow.
Lens of Truth: I exactly know that this one exists, but I don't remember where. I know that before I forgot it, I thought to myself that I won't ever try
to obtain it.
Skull token: I find these useless, lying on the floor of Doom, but they surely were used for trading (money) some time ago.
CastChaos coin: I found these around my house. They were surely used for trading (money) some time ago, now only their ergonomistic value remains. If I ever
find a man to surprise with a children, I will hide these coins so that s/he can search for them for fun.
